Cashmere spinning mills are not a common place here in the United States. The Jacques De Loux Inc. was a cashmere sweater mill located in Sellersville, Pa. The mill employed 85 mill workers. It was widely recognized for their manufacturing of fine cashmere sweaters. The mill closed in 1989. DeLoux's parent company was Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc. of Portland, Oregon.
